Yes! The instructor who created a given class can delete their course data at any time in the instructor portal. However, please note that co-instructors that were added to the class after the class was created, such as your teaching assistants, will not be able to delete your class on their own.

You can have your own private chat with each of our AI activities, which you can use as a playground to test any AI activity you are considering using in your class. You can easily interact with each activity by adding it in your "Activities" tab and then clicking on the activity card. You can also find the list of all your private chat channels with each activity in the "Channels" tab after adding the corresponding activities.
The "Enabled/Disabled" switch allows you to easily control whether each AI activity is currently available to your students or not. Switching an AI activity to the "Enabled" state would make that AI activity immediately available and visible to your students. Please note that an activity will automatically be toggled to the "Enabled" state on the specified start date of your activity and to the "Disabled" state on the specified end date.

Yes! For each pre-configured AI activity, you have access to a case description file, the associated datasets, as well as teaching notes (for instructors). All of these materials can be found in the chat interface with the AI activity (by clicking on the information icon next to channel name).

Mentorica.AI utilizes a post-paid billing model where you are charged for the AI activities that you have actually used in your class after the class is completed. We will work with you to generate invoices that can be paid by your institution, your students (e.g., as part of a "coursepack"), or yourself.
You will not be charged for any AI activities that you added but never made available to your students. Furthermore, even if the AI activity was made available to your students but, perhaps due to last-minute changes in your class schedule, no students ever interacted with it, you would not be charged.
We support payment by credit/debit cards or ACH. Upon completion of your class, you will receive an email with a detailed formal invoice as required by the Universities along with a payment link.
