Yes! The instructor who created a given class can delete their course data at any time in the instructor portal. However, please note that co-instructors that were added to the class after the class was created, such as your teaching assistants, will not be able to delete your class on their own.

You can have your own private chat with each of our AI products, which you can use as a playground to test any AI product you are considering using in your class. You can easily interact with each product by adding it in your "Activities" tab and then clicking on the product card. You can also find the list of all your private chat channels with each product in the "Channels" tab after adding the corresponding products.
The "Enabled/Disabled" switch allows you to easily control whether each AI product is currently available to your students or not. Switching an AI product to the "Enabled" state would make that AI product immediately available and visible to your students. Please note that a product will automatically be toggled to the "Enabled" state on the specified start date of your activity and to the "Disabled" state on the specified end date.

Mentorica.AI utilizes a post-paid billing model where you are charged for the AI products that you have actually used in your class after the class is completed.
You will not be charged for any AI products that you added but never made available to your students. Furthermore, even if the AI product was made available to your students but, perhaps due to last-minute changes in your class schedule, no students ever interacted with it, you would not be charged.
We support payment by credit/debit cards or ACH. Upon completion of your class, you will receive an email with a detailed formal invoice as required by the Universities along with a payment link.
